Apparently this person has Syndactyly (It's a condition where two or more digits are fused together. It occurs normally in some mammals, such as the siamang but is an unusual condition in humans. Thank you interweb for the new knowledge.) and a sense of humor. As far as tattoos go, I like it. I do wish the pedicure was a little fresher.
